He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Casady and Sarita Casady (Hogg); his uncle Irvin; and his aunt Iris Hogg. He is survived by: his wife Janice Campbell (DeCook); his children, Steve Casady (Henrietta) and Angie Thompson (Eric); his stepson John Campbell (Lisa); and his sisters, Loretta Gates (Kenneth) and Edith Ruggles (Steve).
