He was predeceased by: his parents, John Couzins and Geneva Couzins; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sons, Jim Couzins (Julie), Michael Couzins (Kelly Kirk), John Couzins and Patrick Couzins (Brandi); his grandchildren, Emily, Ryan, Danny, Jake Scianna, Kayla, Holli, Alie Kirk, Joey, Grace and Charlie Couzins; and his siblings, Jack Couzins (Pat), Jerry Couzins (Jone) and Bill Couzins (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
