He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Howard and Margretta Elsa Mayfield (Ziegler). He is survived by : his wife Patsy Ann Walker; his children, Raymond Mayfield of Green City, MO, Scott Mayfield (Jhoyce) of Olympia, Tad Mayfield of Omaha, NE, Gary Mayfield Jr. of Joliet, IL, April White (Joshua) of Lancaster, MO and Cindy Mayfield of Rockdale, IL; his brothers, Randy Mayfield of Brashear, MO and Sonny Mayfield of Braldwood, IL; his grandchildren, Jacob Mayfield, Madison Mayfield, Jeremy Mayfield, Brooklynn Mayfield, Janine Mayfield, Kylie Mayfield, Marissa Mayfield, Starr Bass, Aidan Sellers, Bella Sellers and Tyler Mayfield; and his great grandchildren, Noah Robbins, River Yardley and Serenity Yardley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
