He is survived by: his wife Janice Payne of Wooldridge, MO; his sons, Michael (Carol Payne), Jeremy Payne (Christina) of Boonville, MO and Russell Payne (Vicki) of Monroe City, MO; his grandchildren, Courtney Valant (Zac) of Platte City, MO, Chandler Payne of Goose Creek, SC, Carissa Payne of Austin, TX, Ciara Payne of College Station, TX, Chloe Payne of Anna, TX, Hudson Payne of Boonville, MO, Mallory Payne of Boonville, MO, Alex Crider (Cole) of Monroe City, MO and Haleigh St. Clair of Jefferson City, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Russell Melby (Cindy) of Castana, IA, Shirley Melby of Castana, IA, Janet Payne of Dakota Dunes, SD and Sharon Melby of Mapleton, IA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
