He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Elizabeth, Lucas, Xavier and Daemon; his parents, Orlando Rivera Sr. and Francine Lynch; and his siblings, Jezzelle Rivera and Kobe Hunter. He is also survived by his grandmothers, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

One of his biggest passions was volunteering for Gateway Youth Aeronautical Foundation and getting his kids interested in flying.
