He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Edward Koch Sr. and Bessie Koch; his wife Jean Koch; his daughter Nancy Hoormann (Raymond Beasley); his grandchildren, Kevin Hoormann (Sandia), Tina Hoormann and Krista Hoormann; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Hertling, Nathaniel Hoormann and Oscar Hoormann.
