She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean William and Mildred Maxine Welch (Vanover); and her sister Mary Harris (Bo). She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Randy Rhoades and Brandy O'Dell; her son-in-law Shane O'Dell; her grandchildren, Cody Rhoades, Elizabeth Brown, Ashley, Connor Peters, Justin Gadberry, Zachery, Shane Jr. and Elizabeth O'Dell; her great grandchildren, Robert, Percy, Niomie, Jackson, Hazleigh, Victoria and Grayson; and her sister Sandy Adams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Three Rivers Hospice in care of the funeral home.
