He is survived by: his mother Betty Russell of Winona, MO; his siblings, Terry Russell (Mary) of West Plains, MO, Diane VanWinkle (Frankie) of Winona and Angie Norris (Lynn) of Winona; his children, Matt Russell (Carmen) and Katrina Fears (Rodney) of Winona; and his grandchildren, Zack Russell of Mountain View, MO, Brittney Fears of Winona, Evan Fears of Winona, Abigail Fears of Winona and Lathen Mayberry. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many cousins.
