It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Allen Heiney of Winona, Missouri, born in Washington, Missouri, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Thomas and Marie Heiney (Headrick); his daughter Sandra Marie; his siblings, Vernon Heiney, Daniel Heiney II, Dianna Barton and Vera Franklin; and his grandson Heaven Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Kay; his children, Jessica (Jerry Peek), Bethany Heiney (Raymond Williams), Sabrina (Dean Bay) and Robert (Laddona Heiney); and his siblings, Mona Lewis, Joyce Franklin, Ivan Heiney and James Heiney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
