He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Arvil and Dortha Mae Plumb (Anderson); and his siblings, Nola "Jean" Richardson (Plumb) and Norval "Earl" Plumb (Eunice). He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine Shaw (Plumb) and Jim Plumb; his sons, Vince Plumb, Wes Plumb, Matt Plumb and Nate Plumb; his stepchildren, Russel Martin, Bridgette Bradshaw and Shelia Sappington; his grandsons, Mike and Tony Fox; and his sons, Nick Murphy and Steven Martin. He is also survived by eight grandchildren he helped raise and eleven great-grandchildren.
