With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lola Jean Barkley of Winona, Missouri, born in Eminence, Missouri, who passed away on September 12, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Fansler and Rosie Fansler (Nichols); her siblings, Ruth Akers and Luke Fansler; her son Larry Barkley; and her grandson Nolan Anatone "T. J.".
She is survived by: her children, Nolan "Tony" and Margaret; her great grandchild Bray Barkley; her son-in-law Michael Reese; her husband Max E. Barkley, Sr. of Winona, MO; her children, Max E. Barkley, Jr. (Rita) of Scottsboro, AL and Dana K. Reese of Mountain View, MO; and her grandchildren, Amber O'Rear (Russ), Ashley Pettyjohn (Edward), Laura Jo Massa (Jimmy), Justin Barkley (Jana), Stephanie Reese, Andria Barkley, Emily Snyder (Michael) and Tori McAfee of Winona, MO.. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
