She was predeceased by: her parents, W. E. Sr. Johnston and Alma Lee Johnston (Jones); her husband Richard Fears; her brothers, Junior and Dennis Johnston; and her siblings-in-law, Larry Mayberry, Georgia Mayberry and Diane Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Fears (Katrina) of Winona, MO, Ronald Fears (Brenda) of Fordyce, AR, Cindy Ray (Arlin) of Winona and Donna Fears of Winona; her siblings-in-law, Oscar Fears (Connie) of Winona, Fern Dixon of Winona and Dena Johnston of Winona; her grandchildren, Brett, Jessica, Candance, Joshua, Tiffany, Brittney, Evan and Abigail; and her friend Martha. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
