She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Howell and Jahazie Howell (Thomas); and her husband Clarence E. Cooey. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Watson of Piedmont, MO and Alan Cooey of Riltondo, TX. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
