He was predeceased by: his mother Naomi Bell Johnston (Roberts); his grandfather Frank Roberts; his father Elmo Johnston; his grandmother Opal Roberts; his aunt Rosalie Kline; and his uncles, Raymond Roberts, Gene Roberts, Wayne Roberts and Jack Roberts.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Thomas; his wife Pam; his children, Holly Johnston Harridge (Ben) and Josh Johnston; his grandchildren, Stephanie Hollis of Winona, MO, Chayse Hollis and Kianna Warren of Cabool, MO; his great grandchildren, Krew, Leighton Bowden, Kiegan Warren and Nolan Reynolds; his brothers, Shane Campbell and Shawn Campbell; his aunt Judy Dunn (Max); and his uncle Charles Johnston (Vickie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
