He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Ballance and Reva Ballance (Pritchett); his brother Glen; and his grandparents, Clark, Nellie Ballance, Fred and Lula Pritchett.
He is survived by: his uncle Garry; and his aunts, Sharon Kay Pritchett and Willadean Parris. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Yarber Mortuary-Winona (17315 3rd St, Winona, MO 65588). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the New Eminence Cemetery.
