He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Walter and Lillian Alberta Ellis (Kimberly); his brother Harold "Monkey" Ellis; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Ellis and Sue Ellis.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Ellis of Winfield, MO; his grandson Austin B. Ellis; and his siblings, Dollie "JoAn" Mercer and Steve Ellis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and his church family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kemper-Keim Family Funeral Chapel - Troy (351 Monroe St, Troy, MO 63379).
