He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Whiteside and Mary Whiteside; his siblings, Helen Machir, Odessa Trail and Joe Whiteside; his great grandchild Maverick Ambrose-Becker; and his wife Evalyne Whiteside.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Ambrose of Elsberry; his grandchildren, John Ambrose, III, Mark Ambrose (Jessie), Shannon VomBey (Joe) and Richard William Whiteside (Raychel); his great grandchildren, Joey VomBey, Hallie Haddock (VomBey), Klayton, Veronica Whiteside, Richard Allen Whiteside, Peyton Ambrose, Paige Thomas (Ambrose), Gabriel, Abbi Ambrose, Josie Ambrose, Bentley and McKenleigh; and also Connie Ambrose of Foley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
