She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenabella Forbes Lenz and Frederick Forbes; her siblings, Russell Lenz and Rosella Shafer; and her husband James Hedge.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Schneider (Jim) of St. Peters; and her siblings, Thelbert Lenz and Deanna Febus. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
As part of her legacy, her daughter asks memorials be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Carter-Ricks Funeral Home, 3838 East Highway 47, P.O. Box 253, Winfield, MO 63389.
