She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Richter of Winfield, MO; her daughters, April Brewer (Tony) of Troy, MO and Amber Richter of Troy, MO; her sister Karen Storms; and her grandchildren, Joshua Brewer (Katlyn Feith), Nicholas Brewer and Samantha Brewer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
