He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Costa and Anna Belle Costa (Neuerberg); and his wife Jackie Costa (Wayland). He is survived by: his children, Nicole Deeann, Joe (Anne Costa) and Dan Costa; and his grandchildren, Jarrett Costa, Shane Costa, Patrick Koeneker and Elizabeth Koeneker.
