He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Oliver and Gladys Bertha Gardner; his son Brian Keith Gardner; and his sister Betty Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Steve Gardner (Susan), Tina Gardner and Randy Scott Gardner; his grandchildren, Jason Gardner (Kristi), Kyle Gardner (Kassy), Paige Campbell (Blake), Aaron Gardner, Bridget Gardner and Courtney Gardner; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Makenna, Shaelynn and Brayden Gardner; and his sibling Shirley McGrath.
Memorials may be made in Fred's name to the American Cancer Society.
