She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Charles and Iola Ruth Browning (Elliott); her former husband William Thomas Webb Sr.; her husband Benjamin Watkins; her son Eugene Sherman; and her siblings, Lowes Browning, Joe Browning, Marion Browning, Betty Fleck and Ladorna Maddox.
She is survived by: her children, William Thomas Webb Jr. of Carmi, IL, Kathy J. Hunter of Winfield, MO and Shirley Tebeau of St. Peters, MO; and her brothers, Wayne Browning of Crossville, IL and Fred Browning of Kimberling City, MO.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
