She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton H. Kelly and Marian L. Kelly (Merritt); her husband Edward Raymond Yates; and her brother Milton Kelly. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lily Rice, Scarlet Ruckel, Ryan Ruckel, Jr., Ashton Ruckel and Joseph Ruckel; her siblings, Patricia Ann White of Desoto, MO, Jack Kelly (Debbie) of St. Peters, MO, Michael Kelly (Cindy) of Elsberry, MO and Scott Kelly (Debbie) of Roxsana, IL; and her sister-in-law JoAnne Kelly of St. Charles, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
