With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy Cooper Jr. of Windsor, Missouri, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on November 16, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Roy Elliott Cooper Sr.; and his brother-in-law Johnny Nevils. He is survived by: his mother Leta M. Cooper (Barber); his siblings, Steven W. Cooper (Angel Alverez), Troy A. Cooper (Tammy) and Debra Y. Nevils; his nephew Christopher Nevils; his nieces, Tatum Nevils and Tanya Hamilton; and his great-nieces, Lilliam Hamilton, Piper Hamilton and Evelyn Michael.
