He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Scott Finks and Coleen Finks (Hand); and his brothers, James Michael Finks and Joseph Scott "Joe" Finks, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sharon Finks; his nephew Jay Michael Finks; and his nieces, Barbara Kane, Janet Stine, Sue Pierce and Deanna Finks.
