It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard H. Rice of Windsor, Missouri, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Roscoe Rice and Lena Lou Rice (Rabourn); and his brother Jay F. Rice (Marjorie). He is survived by: his spouse Wanalene Marion Sumners; his children, Rhonda Scott (Dennis), Brenda Thompson (Lou) and Michael Rice (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Sarah Formen, Travis Scott, Trenton Scott (Tiffani), Peyton Rice and Megan Rice. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
