He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Horne and Verna Ella Lange; his brother Edger Horne; and his grandson Jonathon Erwin. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Wilson; his children, LaRhonda Skeel (Geneva) of Windsor, MO, Paul Richard Horne, Jr. (Jill) of Sedalia and Johnna (Kevin) of Iberia, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley Sanderson, Brett Sanderson (Chantel), Mikayla Welch (Ryan) and Alex Erwin (Kelsey); his great grandchildren, Ragen, Zakkrey, Faith Ann, McKenzie and Kyezer; and his siblings, Sue Shade (Gordon) and Edward Horne (Val). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
