She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Lee and Minnie Emma Boyd (Dody); her husband Forrest Walton Howard; her son Joseph W. "Joe" Howard; her siblings, John Lee Boyd Jr., Charles F. Boyd (Mary), Roy D. Boyd (Lucille), Owen E. Boyd (Beverly) and Della Maye Fowler (Edgar); her grandson-in-law Bruce Hadley; her siblings-in-law, Robert "Bob" Howard (Juanita) and Frances Bisby (Hank); her nephews, Steven Eugene Boyd and Roy Bradley Boyd; her nephew-in-law Donald Burford; her niece-in-law Betty Fowler; and her great-nephew Kelly Burford.
She is survived by: her sons, Charley Bob, Forrest L. "Woody" Howard and Charles Robert Howard; her daughter-in-law Mary Kay Howard; her grandchildren, David Howard (Ronna), Gene Howard (Brandi), Heather Howard Homburger, Sheila Hadley, Shannon Howard (Lora) and Sarah Thompson (Wes); her great grandchildren, Paige, Parker Howard, Hailey, Cody Howard, Charlie Payne, Charlie Homburger, Lauren Hadley, Erin Ahring (Ethan), Robb Hadley, Ashtyn, Hayden, Aubrey Howard, Henry and Gray Thompson; and her brother Gene Boyd (Donna). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
The family suggests contributions to the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor.
