He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Helseth and Opal Helseth (Getchell); his brothers, Raymond Helseth and Allen Helseth; and his brother-in-law Vernon Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Louise Hood; his children, James Luckett (Tiffany), Rose Campbell (Burl), Marla Markham and Pamela Tessmer (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Gennifer, Christa, Nicole, Jessica, Kayla, Marlena, Aiden, Pamela, James, Ricky, Draven, Mikel, Jayme, Cheyanne, Lyla, Carie, Donnie, Ryan, Kai, Ashley, Taylor and Michael; his great grandchildren, Emily, Tomika, Mackenna, Fay, Tate, Nash, Evelyn, Logan, Oaklynn, Vana, Theo, Marvin, Trinity, Matthew, Madison, Kinley, Tori and Ronnie; and his sister Ardith Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
A memorial fund has been established for the family and contributions may be left in care of the funeral home.
