She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd William Kramer and Gwendolyne Kramer (Dawson); her husband Herbert William "Herb" Quigley; her grandson Keith William Aker; and her siblings, Bill Kramer, Raymond Kramer, Bobby Kramer and Brenda.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela M. Aker (Steven) of Windsor and Teresa L. Pennock (David) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Stephanie Aker (Jeremy Godwin), Valerie Hunt and Wyatt Aker (Christy); her great grandchild Tucker; and her siblings, Blanche Sadler, Deloris Bubick, Larry Dale Kramer, Dwight Kramer and Sandra Self. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions to First Baptist Church or the Laurel Oak Cemetery and may be left in care of the funeral home.
