He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mary Siegel; his children, Sheri L. Hazelwood (Mike) and Cary Dean Colyne (Josette); his grandchildren, Sigrid Trujillo (Eric), Madelynne Hazelwood, Olivia Hazelwood, Owen Kenneth Colyne and Jack Jose Colyne; and his sister Doris J. Hollenbeck. He is also survived by several nephews; and several great-nephews and great-nieces.
