She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Jewelle Oliver Emmons and William Radford Emmons; her husband Arthur Raymond Forbis; and her son-in-law Byron Wickham. She is survived by: her children, Don Forbis (Vickie), Carol Forbis Wickham and Melody Forbis Gnuschke (Kevin); her grandchildren, Allen Dudley Forbis (Grace), Jeremy Ray Forbis, Heather Kay Hayselden (Harvey), Charles Myers Johnson (Ellen), Christopher Don Johnson and Matthew Bryton Gnuschke; her great grandchildren, Asher Forbis, Hunter, Hatcher, Dacey Hayselden (Madl), Ethan, Emmit, Ezrah Johnson and Rebecca Maish; her sister Helen Embree (Donnie); and her sister-in-law Ruth Seelow. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests contributions to the Windsor High School Master Scholarship Endowment Fund (checks made payable to WHS MSEF) in care of the funeral home.
