It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Waggoner of Windsor, Missouri, born in Falls City, Nebraska, who passed away on August 2, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Waggoner; and his daughter Noel Denholm. He is survived by: his mother Marilee Waggoner (Lollman); his sisters, Kathy (Mark) and Barbara Stapp Plattsmouth; his nephew Joel (Joanna); his grandchildren, Alyssa (Cory), Travis, Chance, Ayden, Kayla, Kacie and Jase; and his great grandchild Hudson.
