He was predeceased by: his parents, James P. Bell and Mabyl Bell (Clatterbuck); and his son Bill Bell. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Bell (Morgan); his children, Kevin Bell (Shari) of Auxvasse and Candy Jo Mullen (Sean) of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Gatlin Marshall (Katie), Cydney Funk, Jessica Anderson, Brittany Meyer (Erik), Samantha Lorentzen Shard Mullen (Jacob) and Caleb Claggett. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
