He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Troy Blacklock and Pauline Blacklock; his wife Niki Windsor Blacklock; his children, Kelly Blacklock (Tina), Kurt Blacklock (Melanie) and Kerry Ecton (Mike); his grandchildren, Joey Schlueter, Allie Schlueter (Tyler Barton), Olivia Blacklock, Jack Ecton (Brittany), Grace Brumagin (David), Gretchen Ecton, Kaitlyn Blacklock (Nick Boling), Kenzie Blacklock, Corey Stulce (Molly), Bret Muenks (Bryan), Heather, Audrey and Rachel Mayes; his great grandchildren, Khloe Kribbs, Drake Stock, Theo, Nora Stulce and Oliana Parker; his nephews, Dan Vargas (Michele) and John Vargas (Melissa); his niece Paula Kent; and his sister Fay Vargas.
