He was predeceased by: his parents, Hewie Edgar Quigley and Lillie Mae Quigley (Woolery); his grandson Keith William Aker; and his siblings, Charles "Junior" Quigley, Kenneth Quigley, Wayne Quigley and Thelma Snelling.
He is survived by: his spouse Lois Marie Kramer; his daughters, Pamela M. Aker (Steven) and Teresa L. Pennock (David); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Mayes of Windsor, Valerie Hunt of Windsor and Wyatt Aker (Christy) of Windsor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
