He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip McGinnis and Helen McGinnis (Hendricks); and his brother Edward McGinnis. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia (Stevens); his children, Billie Richards (Ron Bell) of Windsor, MO, Tracy Masters (Scott) of Burlingame, KS, Paul Potter (Lori) of Topeka, KS, Billy, Dawn, Brittany and Star; and his sisters, Louise Soulder (Chuck) of Independence, MO and Diane Foster (Dwight) of Liberty, MO.. He is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
