He is survived by: his wife Paula Lee White; his close friend Clementine; his children, Mike Wallen (Cindy), Andrea Ingram (Monte) and Shane Wallen (Bethani); his stepchildren, Angela Thompson (Al) and Mark Swearngin (Cathy); his grandchildren, Tyler, Caitlin, Dawson, Madalyn, Sylarra, Nikki, Matthew, Sammi, Ashden and Mary; and his siblings, Kyle Wallen (Wilma), Kenneth Wallen (Mary) and Betty Midkiff (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
