He is survived by: his wife Loretta Susan Morarity; his stepchildren, Jay Underwood, Barry Underwood and Susan Underwod; his stepgrandchildren, Blake Underwood and Kelsy Hampton; his aunt Maxine Hensley; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Morarity and Betty Duke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
