She was predeceased by: her father Earl Edward Miller Sr.; and her brother Earl Miller. She is survived by: her mother Carol Jane Rodewald (Phifer); her former husband Clifford Frederick "Fred" Hampton; her husband Ernest Leslie "Ernie" Motley; her children, Frederick Hampton (Taylor), Christopher Hampton (Angi), Ronnie Hampton (Lacy), Dylon Motley and Leslie Motley (Austin Kamery); her siblings, Denise Mayes, Deborah Miller, Eric Miller, Daniel Beyer and Michael Beyer; and her great-nephew Michael Hampton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
