He was predeceased by: his stepfather Brian Cardwell; and his grandparents, Gerald and Mary Nicholson. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Lee Nicholson (Marilyn) and Stacia Renee Cardwell (Evrard); his grandmother Karen Evrard Osborn; and his siblings, Levi Keele, Shae Childers, Nathan Anderson, Jeremy Anderson, Anthony Hedrick, Zachary Nicholson, Jacob Nicholson, Walter Nicholson and Barbara Debates. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family suggest contributions to help with funeral expenses and can be left in care of the funeral home.
