He was predeceased by: his father Forrest Lee Miller; his daughter Becci Hughes; and his sister Susan Marie Miller. He is survived by: his mother Marie Miller (Gee); his wife Susan Lynn Spencer; and his children, Russell Miller, April Sherwood (Paul) and Randy Conner (Kelly). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established to help with funeral expenses.
