He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Everett Moore and Ruby Virginia Moore (VanSlyke); his sister Venita Kim Henderson; and his uncle Gale Vanslyke. He is survived by: his wife Noemi N Mosquite; his children, Kenneth Moore (Jennifer) of Greenville, Mark Moore (Ashley) of Chesapeake, Virginia and Shana Bishop (Andrew) of Moyock; his stepson Adam Vega of Sedalia, Missouri; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Jack Moore, Scarlett, Alexander Moore, Isabella, Madelyn Bishop, Theo and Natalie Vega; and his siblings, Everett Moore and Gene Mallin of Kansas City. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
