He was predeceased by: his brother Walter Rosebrough (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Kay Karolyn Christian; his children, Clifford Lee Rosebrough (Debra), Julia Ann Bowers (Giles) and Dianna Jill Hoover (Joe); his grandchildren, Delwyn Rosebrough, Kalie Storer (Matt), Brett Rosebrough (Jenny), Phillip Kroh, Nate Rosebrough, Jordan O'Neill (Cory), Jessica Krueger (Tom), Nick Hoover (Song) and Cassie Hoover; and his siblings, Raymond Rosebrough (Twila) and Nova Fay Bergschneider (Bill). He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
The family suggests contributions to the Windsor High School Master Scholarship Endowment Fund (checks WHS MSEF) in care of the funeral home.
