She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Eugene Howe and Lena Margaret Howe (Garland); her former spouse Thomas Lee Wilson; her husband Harold Dean Dowty; her children, Charles Stephen Sadler and Toni Jeannine Paxton; and her sister Sharon Fae Ridlen.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Fae Spickert (Terry), Thomas Girard Wilson (Deborah), Cardiff, Wales, Marcia Karen Ellis (Phillip Page) and Laurel Gay Ranallo (Steve); her children-in-law, Georgia Sadler and Larry Paxton; her grandchildren, Derek Sadler, Ann Neumann, Mara Terp Norton, Becky Fetters (Shawn), Matt Paxton (Michelle), Brad Spickert (Kate), Marc Spickert (Celeste), Tera McAtee (Lee), Kristin Corbin (Marc), Emily Taylor (Amanda), Lauren Wilson, Trey Wilson (Brandi), Shawn Koval (Leigh Ann), Courtney Ellis, Megan Brewster (Brandon), Cole Ranallo and Kyle Ranallo; and also, Johnny Howe, Danny Howe, Viola Wyatt, Irene Schmidt, Juanita Ashby and Daryl Howe. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; 3 step-sons and their families; half-brothers.
