It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arletta Teegarden of Windsor, Missouri, who passed away on March 9, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Parker and Nellie Pearl Parker (Wormsley); her former husband Richard Lee Bowers (James); her husband James Arthur Teegarden; her daughters, Elizabeth "Beth" Pearl Bowers and Maria Faith Bowers; her son-in-law Albert "Buddy" Fannon; her grandson Willie Fannon; and her siblings, John Parker, Elmo "Jacko" Parker and Cindy Herzog.
She is survived by: her children, Leanna "Ann" Fannon, Nancy Dunbar (Gary), Giles Bowers Windsor (Julia), Dennis Bowers (Debbie) and Jeanette Hargrave (Rodney); her grandchildren, Elmo Fannon, Pamela Paxton, Thomas Dunbar, Jade, Willow, Jordan O'Neill, Jessica Krueger, Chris Neill, Brent Neill, Aaron Neill, Shirley McFadden and James Hargrave; her siblings, Jim Parker, Mollie Sims, Edith Vance, Tressie Elam, Patricia Elam, Osawatomie, Sally Nance, Gladstone, Marilyn Brandon and Carol Elam; and her caregivers, Kay and Phil Stevens. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews and long-time friends.
The family suggests contributions to the Elmira Cemetery in care of the funeral home.
