He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Fannon and June Vanugh; and his siblings, Duffy Fannon and Patty. He is survived by: his spouse Leanna Sue Bowers; his sons, James Raymond Richard Fannon of Windsor, Elmo Eugene Fannon of Windsor and William Holton Fannon of Windsor; his grandchildren, Carissa, Kyra, Chantel, Tia, Quinton, Leah and Anna; his siblings, Kenny Fannon, Eddie Fannon, Richard Fannon, Donald Fannon, San Francisco and Linda Haskins; his mother-in-law Arletta Teegarden; and his siblings-in-law, Giles Bowers (Julia) of Windsor, Dennis Bowers (Debbie) of Windsor, Nancy Dunbar (Gary) of Windsor and Jeanette Hargrave (Rodney) of Windsor. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
