He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Skaggs and Effie Skaggs (Odor); and his wife Doris Bartlett. He is survived by: his children, Neil Skaggs (Barbara), Jo Hendrix of Kansas City, MO and Connie Beall (Mackie) of Kansas City, MO; and his grandchildren, Caroline Sallee (Jim), Becky Malone (Brendan), Meredith Phillips (Michael) and Lindsey Skaggs. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
