He is survived by: his wife Sue Nielsen; his sons, David (Jean Ann) and Dirk; his daughter-in-law Bonnie White; his grandchildren, Keenon Aguero, Quincey Hatch (Tim), Samantha White (Tyson), Austin White (Hayley), Nova White, Russell Askew (Krystal), Tyler Askew (Maeghan) and Blake Askew (Haley Jo); and his great grandchildren, Brayden, Dawson, Jaylin, Miles, Oakley, Madison, Grady, Wade, Charley, Clay and Clara.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Yarber Mortuary-Willow Springs (814 E Main St, Willow Springs, MO 65793). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Thornton-Roosevelt Cemetery.
