He is survived by: his daughters, Eva Hale (Larry) of Willow Springs, Karen Weintz (Mike) of Sullivan, MO and Sandra Taylor; and his grandchildren, Angela Lopez, Alisa Altermatt, Stephen Hale and Tyler Collins. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
